For $186 you can sponsor a student through the entire Dream Project. This amount covers such things as: weekly high school visits, the Spring BBQ, Admissions Weekend , and more.
$62 Alternately, you can sponsor a student for one of the three quarters they will participate in the Dream Project.
$10 A student will use his or her workbook the entire time they are in the Dream Project. It is used every week during visits and contains vital information about the college application process. See it for youself here .
$91 This amount covers the transportation and materials cost for one of the many weekly visits the Dream Project makes to its partner high schools.
$2221 This amount covers the Dream Project transportation and materials cost of a high school for one full year.
$1000 Every year in Spring at the Dream Project Scholarship Presentation, UW-bound Dream Scholars from all of our partner high schools are honored for their outstanding achievements with a gift basket, an official induction into the Dream Team, and a $1000 scholarship towards their education.
$43 This amount covers the cost for one student to attend all major Dream Project events. While weekly visits to High Schools are essential to build and foster student-mentor relationships, events offer unique opportunities, whether it is to bring a student onto a college campus for the first time at the Spring BBQ, or help a student start and finish a college application in two days at Admissions Weekend. $500 This amount covers the cost to rent a bus and bring one of our high schools onto campus for an event.
$3000 This amount covers the total expenditures for the Spring BBQ. Dream Project brings more than 300 students onto the UW campus every May to experience a college lecture, follow a campus tour, and meet their fellow Dream Scholars from other schools over food afterward.
$5000 The single most important event the Dream Project puts on. Visit the Admissions Weekend for more details.
