Public Hearing Notice

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at noon on

Tuesday, April 7, 1998 in Room 309 of the Husky Union Building (HUB) at the University of Washington, Seattle Campus. The purpose of the hearing is to allow all interested persons an opportunity to present their views, either orally or in writing, on the proposed rule revisions to Chapter 478-160 WAC, "Admission and Registration Procedures for the University of Washington."

For consistency with the new Pharm.D. degree structure, Chapter 478-160 WAC must be amended to add the School of Pharmacy to those UW schools currently offering advanced professional degree programs, and add new sections concerning School of Pharmacy admission information.

Additionally, amendments are needed to the course-withdrawal and course-add policies as well as other housekeeping changes of a minor nature to comply with current registration procedures.
