CHDD plans symposium on early experience
As part of Brain Awareness Week at the UW, neurobiologist Dr. William H. Calvin, an affiliate faculty member, will give a free public lecture on "Conversations with Neil's Brain." The lecture is at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, March 21, in room T-435 of the Health Sciences Center. No registration is necessary. The lecture is based on Calvin's book of the same name, co-authored with UW neurosurgeon Dr. George Ojemann. The book is a tour of the human brain, conducted from the operating room, which has been on the New Scientist bestseller list of science books.
