Dr. Joseph Chu, assistant dean for curriculum at the School of Medicine since 1989, has been named associate dean for student and curricular affairs at Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis. He will also be a professor in public health, medical education and obstetrics and gynecology. At the UW, Chu served as acting associate dean for regional affairs and rural health from 1996 to 1997, and as acting associate dean for academic affairs from 1990 to 1991.
