Social Work is going up. Demolition at the site began this week as construction for an additional story to alleviate overcrowding gets under way. The original plan for the 1980 building, located at Northeast 41st Street and 15th Avenue Northeast, included the additional story. It will provide space for public meetings, seminars and community outreach sessions and additional offices. Kellee Bryan and Malene Sam rehearse for the 1998 Dance Majors Concert that will be presented at 8 p.m. May 2830 and 2 p.m. May 31 in Meany Studio Theatre. The concert will showcase the talents of eight senior dance majors and feature performances by more than 30 undergraduate dancers.
