International Childrens Festival An exhibit designed by graduate students in the School of Public Health and Community Medicine's Department of Environmental Health was a big hit with kids at the Seattle International Childrens Festival, held May 11 to 17 at Seattle Center. The exhibit, with several hands-on activities like the paper-making from recycled cups shown above, was originally developed for the Health Sciences Open House. In the photo, graduate student Marie Foltz helps children with the paper-making. Other UW programs interested in participating next year can call Sara Griggs at 543-3199.
