Dr. Jeanne-Marie Maher, an avid mountaineer, snowshoer and skiier who teaches mountain-oriented first aid, and Lori Sabado, an outdoorswoman and physical therapist who specializes in sports-related injuries, will offer advice on making smart decisions before and during winter sports adventures. Tips will include choosing appropriate clothing, how to avoid and treat hypothermia, and preventing or treating injuries.
