A message from Payroll

Due to a database error, Combined Fund Drive (CFD) deductions from the Jan. 11 pay checks do not reflect changes requested by employees who participated in the recently completed CFD campaign. The next pay check will reflect the 1999 changes. Payroll also is expecting to process the corrections for the Jan. 11 deductions at that time. When the corrections are processed, any deductions made in error will be refunded to the employees and any deductions that were missed will be taken. All donations will be correctly sent to the organization for which the deduction was intended. This will result in no loss to the CFD campaign. Individual employees will see these changes reflected on their pay advices and pay stubs. We regret any inconvenience this error has caused and assure you that all donations will be made in accordance with the donors’ wishes. ¶
