Healthy women and men between 18-33 and 65-80, who are taking no medications except birth control, estrogen replacement or synthroid, are needed. Volunteers will exercise three days a week for six months, and undergo testing procedures before and after training. Volunteers will receive $250 for completion of the study. The study is conducted by the Division of Cardiology at the UW and the Seattle VA.
