Combined Fund Drive gearing up

The UW Steering Committee for the Combined Fund Drive has been working with organization leaders throughout the Seattle campus and the Bothell and Tacoma branches to identify key campaign coordinators and department representatives.

“We want to say thank you to all University employees who have stepped forward to represent their organizations in this year’s campaign,” said campaign chair Patricia Poulin. “You demonstrate that Washington State employees do ‘Make a World of Difference’ (this year’s theme) in our community.”

Campaign coordinators and department representatives should mark their calendars for Oct. 4, the date of the UW CFD Kick Off. It will be from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. in the HUB Ballroom.

A special training for campaign coordinators and department representatives will also take place immediately following the Kick Off. Watch the mail for your CFD pledge form to arrive the week beginning Oct. 9. ¶
