Two different sections of a three-part Photoshop class will be offered; other choices include an introduction to PowerPoint 2000, PowerPoint for multimedia, and several Dreamweaver Web development classes. The Photoshop series costs $150 and other classes are $50. Call 685-1186 for a full schedule or see the Web site http://www.hscer.washington.edu/csseminars/

Ojemann honored

Dr. George Ojemann, professor of neurological surgery, received the K.J. Zulch Prize for 2000 from the Max Planck Society and the Gertrud Reemtsma Foundation of Germany at ceremonies in Cologne last month. The prize was given for Ojemann’s work on functional organization of the cortex in the human brain. The prize, which he shared with Alim Benabid of Grenoble, France, honors a prominent German neuropathologist and is awarded annually for outstanding achievement in basic neurological research.
