On the Rhodes to Oxford UWs newest Rhodes Scholar, Elizabeth Angell, poses with International Studies Professor Resat Kasaba just before the class she TAs for him, States and Capitalism. The 20-year-old Angell, a product of the Early Entrance Program, graduated this year with degrees in both history and international studies. With the Rhodes, shes off to Oxford, where she wants to continue her earlier studies of the historical roots of Scottish nationalism and national identity.
