On the Rhodes to Oxford UW’s newest Rhodes Scholar, Elizabeth Angell, poses with International Studies Professor Resat Kasaba just before the class she TAs for him, “States and Capitalism.” The 20-year-old Angell, a product of the Early Entrance Program, graduated this year with degrees in both history and international studies.
