January 2012 issue

Welcome to the January 2012 issue of The Docket!  This publication will be sent out once a month announcing a variety of information for UW School of Law staff and faculty.

Helpful Hints from the Business Office

Payment Requests.  When you have expenses that have been approved for law school reimbursement, use the payment request form found here.  List each of the expenditures separately and include the original itemized receipt.   If the reimbursement is for a meal, include a list of those whose meals are paid for on the receipt.  If you lost or forgot to get a receipt, you’ll need to submit a perjury statement, which can be found here. You can fill the payment request form out on your computer, print, sign and turn it in to the Business Office (Room 344).

2012 Brown Bag Series to kicks off with SSRN Training on January 24
