The deadline to\u00a0submit candidacy and degree recommendations in MyGrad is\u00a0<strong>Wednesday, December 21<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Please ensure the following steps have been completed <strong><em>before<\/em><\/strong> you submit candidacy and degree recommendations in MyGrad:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Verify the master\u2019s request indicates the correct degree code<\/li>\n<li>Verify that all department contingencies have been cleared<\/li>\n<li>Verify that any necessary petitions have been submitted and approved by GEMS (e.g., \u201ccount GNM credits\u201d or \u201cextend time limit\u201d)<\/li>\n<li>Run a \u201cdegree audit\u201d (from the student detail page)<\/li>\n<li>Verify that all required courses have grades appearing on the transcript<\/li>\n<li>Verify that grades have posted to the transcript for the final quarter of enrollment (grades are due by 5:00 p.m., December 20<sup>th<\/sup> for Autumn 2016.)<\/li>\n<li>Print the warrant before approving a Master\u2019s Degree Request (see MGP help files)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you are not able to meet the December 21 deadline (e.g., due to unposted grades), please contact GEMS.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To graduate Autumn Quarter 2016, students must complete all degree requirements on or before\u00a0the last day of the quarter, Friday, December 16.
