How to Make Changes to the Directory

To make changes to any of the above sections, please follow these steps:

Open the Word version of the document you would like to change. Highlight your department's section and copy it into a new word document.
Make the appropriate changes to your department's information in this new document, noting additions/changes in blue and deletions in red.
Save this new, updated document to your computer. Please do not copy the entire directory, and send only the pages with your changes.
Attach the document in an email to uwmcdir@u.washington.edu.

How to order a "Purple", hard copy directory:

Go to the Copy Center, NW-079. It will cost you $16.00 for a copy of the internal pages.
The Teleservices Department, NE-165, has both purple binders and tabs and will supply them at no cost to your department.
