Transportation

Airport in Seattle: Sea-Tac (SEA)

______________________________________________________________________________

For ground transportation, we recommend using the Link Light Rail.

$6.50 round trip per person

Link light rail travels 18.75 miles between Seattle’s University of Washington Station and Sea-Tac Airport, making 13 stops along the way.

If you stay at the Silver Cloud Inn in the University District, their shuttle can pick you up at the light rail station. Call 1-800-205-6940 and ask to speak to the shuttle coordinator to arrange your pick up.

From the light rail station to Mary Gates Hall and the Husky Union Building (sites of the conference activities), it is about an 10-minute, half-mile walk. The path heading up to the UW is slightly uphill and includes some unpaved, gravel-filled sections.
