Program Registration

Program Registration deadline is Monday, April 22, 2019

**There is an EARLIER DEADLINE of Monday, March 18, 2019 for the Individual Registration of Student Presenters**

Program Registration is meant for program staff to estimate the cost of attending the conference and to allow UW McNair staff to create an invoice. Once the registration is complete, you will receive an invoice within 2 weeks. At that point, payments can be made via check and mailed or via credit card on this website. For more information on submitting payment, please refer to Payment Methods.

Any requests to update or change an existing Program Registration should be e-mailed to uwmcnair@uw.edu. There will be no monetary refunds for any program registration changes made after Monday, April 22, 2019. Requests for Staff and Non-Presenter registration additions made after Monday, April 22, 2019 will be considered on a space-available basis.

i.e. McNair, TRIO-SSS, LSAMP, Mellon Mays, etc.

Please provide the complete roster of the students and staff who are attending. Include first name, last name, email address and whether registrant is a student or staff. (Information can be copy and pasted from a word document.)
