Individual Student and Staff Registration

**All conference attendees (BOTH students and program staff) need to fill out an individual registration form**

Student Presenters: Deadline is Monday, March 18, 2019

Program Staff and Non-Presenters: Deadline is Monday, April, 22, 2019

Individual Registrations should only be completed AFTER the program staff have submitted or updated the Program Registration.


There will be no monetary refunds for any registration changes made after Monday, April 22, 2019. Staff and Non-Student Presenter registration additions made after Monday, April 22, 2019 will be considered on a space-available basis. If you need to change individual registration details, please e-mail uwmcnair@uw.edu.


Student Presenters:

During the registration process, you will need to enter the name(s) and e-mail address(es) of your research mentor(s).

Additionally, you will be submitting your abstract by BOTH entering in your abstract through the Individual Registration form AND by e-mailing a copy of your abstract to uwmcnair@uw.edu. This e-mail should be titled, First Name Last Name – Abstract Submission. Your abstract should be a word document file attachment, named following the same format of First Name Last Name – Abstract Submission.

PLEASE NOTE: Refer to the Abstract Guidelines PRIOR to starting your Individual Registration. Submitted abstracts should be high quality AND have faculty mentor approval.
