Hotel reservations will be billed directly to the visitor making the arrangements. Reservation blocks are for Thursday and Friday nights. These are non-smoking rooms and any additional charges are the responsibility of the conference visitor. Check-in starts at 3 pm Thursday, May 16 and check-out time is 12 pm Saturday, May 18. Early check-in can be granted, depending on the hotel's availability.
At both hotels... Rates do not include applicable tax. Rates do include include a hotel shuttle, available by appointment, to visit attractions in downtown Seattle (e.g., Pike's Market, Space Needle). Although the hotels are four blocks from UW campus, a shuttle to and from campus is also available upon request. Internet and overnight guest parking are also included in the room rates (note: parking is limited and not guaranteed).
At the University Inn... Rates include a free, light continental breakfast.
At the Watertown... Rooms include a fridge, microwave, and free popcorn. A cafe and coffee shop is on the premises, with breakfast and lunch available for purchase at a 15% discount for guests of the Watertown and the University Inn. The Watertown also has bikes (plus helmets and locks) that can be checked out for free by guests of both hotels.

Apart from the hotel
shuttles mentioned above, there is no arranged transportation
to and from the University of Washington. However, there are
plenty of ways to travel to and from the airport:
