Clinic physicians see a combination of new consults and follow-up patients from a large referral base of PacMed Clinics. Focus is on general Heme/Onc practice with attention to both diagnostic and therapeutic issues. Skills to be developed include differential diagnosis, treatment plans, and supportive care. Residents are allowed autonomy appropriate to level of care.  Teaching is emphasized, with opportunities to educate residents and patients.
