This elective in the Women's Health Care Center at UWMC-Roosevelt is designed to provide concentrated exposure to women's health problems that a practicing general internist is likely to encounter. Residents will be exposed to a multidisciplinary approach to a variety of medical conditions occurring in women and to nonsurgical breast and reproductive health issues. The clinics, all held at WHCC, include Dysplasia, Breast, and Gynecology Clinics, Women's Cardiology Clinic, and the Family Planning Clinic. Thursday mornings are free for conferences.
