Job Description: Work closely with all External Affairs and Marketing staff. Interact with Curatorial and Education staff, sharing information, and promoting programs. Compile information and prepare reports on the assessment of marketing projects; analyze ROI and attendance. Manage projects handled by outside vendors such as designers, advertising agencies, etc.
Job Purpose: Assist in the management of the Museum’s advertising, marketing, and promotional activities to enhance the image of the Saint Louis Art Museum, and promote increased attendance, membership and donations.
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in related field (Marketing, Communications, or Journalism). Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies, and creating advertising marketing plans. General knowledge of digital media marketing best practices. Strong organizational and oral/written communication skills. Project management and multitasking skills. Prior museum or nonprofit experience preferred.
