Come meet and commiserate with fellow postdocs at our monthly UWPA happy hour. The upcoming UWPA happy hour will take place on Friday, November 20th at College Inn at 5:00 PM. As always, friends, labmates, and significant others are welcome.

The 5th Annual UWPA Postdoctoral Research Symposium will be on Friday November 6 in Kane Hall 225 (Walker-Ames Room) from 2-5 pm and features Dr. Christine Rousseau as the keynote speaker. Dr. Rousseau trained at both UW and the Fred Hutchinson CRC and is currently a Program Officer in HIV Prevention in the Global Health Program of the Gates Foundation.
This free event will feature six short talks by UW postdocs and presentation of the Mentor of the Year Award, followed by a wine and cheese reception and poster session. Please join us to support your fellow postdocs, get involved in UWPA and do some much needed networking.
