The <a href=\"mailto:idwwami@uw.edu\">Idaho WWAMI Team<\/a> will add the rotation dates to myClinicalExchange, and St. Luke\u2019s Health System team will approve the rotation and review any onboarding documents within that system. Please note St. Luke&#8217;s requires students to have health insurance coverage and will only place students who meet this requirement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is a cost to create an account to use the program. You can submit for reimbursement from <a href=\"mailto:gowwami@uw.edu\">GoWWAMI<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All scheduling will continue be completed through the UWSOM\u2019s registrar\u2019s office, so you should not be making any changes to or requesting rotations in myClinicalExchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Housing<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students are responsible for arranging housing during this clerkship. This can be requested from <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.uw.edu\/gowwami\/\">GoWWAMI<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Schedule<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The elective is predominantly outpatient-based. Students will attend clinic on Tuesday through Friday, 8:00AM \u2013 5:00PM. Students will help follow rheumatology consults and existing rheumatology patients admitted to the hospital as cases arise. Monday is generally left open for self-directed study. Students will present one interesting case or subject review, including relevant literature, during rotation.
