More information can be found <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uwmedicine.org\/school-of-medicine\/policies-procedures-reporting\/drug-testing\/uw-clerkships\">here<\/a>.<br><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Confluence Health<\/strong> will reach out via email at least six weeks prior to the start of the rotation for all required credentialing documents.
