The Idaho WWAMI Team<\/a> will add the rotation dates to myClinicalExchange, and St. Luke\u2019s Health System team will approve the rotation and review any onboarding documents within that system. Please note St. Luke’s requires students to have health insurance coverage and will only place students who meet this requirement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n There will be a cost to create an account to use the program. You can submit for reimbursement from the GoWWAMI<\/a> team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n All scheduling will continue be completed through the UWSOM\u2019s registrar\u2019s office, so you should not be making any changes to or requesting rotations in myClinicalExchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For this required clinical clerkship students will be contacted by the Idaho WWAMI Team<\/a>. Students are responsible for confirming whether they WILL or WILL NOT need to stay in the WWAMI medical student housing in a timely fashion. Prior to accessing the housing students are required to complete the necessary paperwork and provide a check for damage deposit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
