Laura-mae baldwin, md, mph

Professor of Family Medicine and Center Investigator, Dr. Baldwin’s primary interest is in ensuring that rural populations have access to high quality health care. To this end, she has conducted research in the areas of perinatal health, the health of American Indians and Alaska Natives, the quality of hospital-based care and cancer treatment. Dr. Baldwin has extensive experience using large databases (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid, birth records, SEER) for health services research.
