Caitlin Morrison

Biographical Information

Caitlin Morrison, MPH, is a Research Scientist with the WWAMI Rural Health Research Center and the HealthShare Montana Research Portal. She joined the Family Medicine Research Section in July 2012. Her most recent work with the Rural Health Research Center has focused on workforce studies including rural training tracks for family medicine practitioners and educational programs for health information technology professionals. Her research experience ranges from geographic distribution of health care delivery systems to environmental epidemiology, and includes both qualitative and quantitative analysis. Her primary research goal is to focus on determining best practices for cost-effective public health interventions and the ability of vulnerable populations to access services, goods, and information that relate to health and well-being. Ms. Morrison received her MPH in Epidemiology from the Fielding School of Public Health at the University of California-Los Angeles and her BA from Sarah Lawrence College.
