The mission of the Stuttering Research Lab is to expand the body of knowledge of stuttering through research that is focused on:

To accomplish this mission, the Stuttering Research Lab establishes collaborative relationships with researchers in other departments at the University of Washington, as well as with researchers at other universities, both national and international.
