Interview Preparation and Day of Interview

Please plan to arrive at the Department of Surgery conference room by 0745 on the day of your interview. The conference room is located on the 4th floor of the Health Sciences complex in room RR-401.

Because of the binding nature of the match, it is important that you are familiar with the conditions and requirements of our program before ranking us. Our Residency Position Appointment Agreement and its addendum detail the terms and conditions of residency at the University of Washington.
