Making a referral

Outpatient testing is performed Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and on an on-call basis. To refer a patient, please call 731-3905. Test results are forwarded to referring providers within 24 hours of the test.

We are happy to provide information to patients about coming to Harborview and what to expect in advance of their tests. Harborview participates in most health insurance plans, including Healthy Options and the Basic Health Plan. To see if other plans include Harborview, please call 1-800-826-1121.
