Service Description:

Virtual Desktop Access (ViDA) is student desktop service, available online anytime, anywhere, on almost any Internet-connected device. The service hosts hundreds of concurrent sessions and offers UW students access to Mathematica, SPSS, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.). This service was made available through a partnership with UW-IT and the Student Technology Fee Committee.

Availability:

Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with the exception of irregularly scheduled maintenance.

Service Level Description:

Systems are monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for disruptions. On-call staff are available for outage resolution.
