AccessSTEM

Service Description: 

AccessSTEM is an alliance of colleges and universities to increase the participation of people with disabilities in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).   

The AccessSTEM Web site is a space where K-12 teachers, postsecondary educators, and employers learn to make classroom and employment opportunities in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) accessible to individuals with disabilities, and share promising practices.

Eligibility: 

UW, Bellevue College, Seattle Central Community College and Seattle Public Schools STEM students, faculty and support personnel

Website is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

No charge. Funded by a grant from the National Science Foundation, with support through the College of Engineering and UW Information Technology.
