Service Description: 
UW-IT Information Management works in partnership with UW Advancement to maintain the enterprise administrative applications that support the UW's alumni records and advancement business processes.  Applications maintained by Information Management include:
  • Advance
  • Advance Web Access (AWA)

UW staff

How to Order: 
Access is arranged through University Advancement, devhelp@uw.edu.
Availability: 
Daily 1:30 a.m. - 11:30 p.m.
Price: 

No charge

Service Level Description: 
Applications are monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for disruptions. On-call staff are available for outage resolution.
