Service Description: 
UW-IT Information Management works in partnership with Finance and Facilities and the Office of Planning and Budgeting to maintain the enterprise administrative applications that support the UW's financial business processes.

Service Level Description: 
Applications are monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for disruptions.  On-call staff are available for outage resolution.
