Service Description: 
UW-IT Information Management works in partnership with UW Human Resources, Academic Human Resources, and the Payroll Office to maintain the enterprise administrative applications that support the UW's HR and Payroll business processes.
 
Applications maintained by Information Management include:
  • HEPPS
  • Online Payroll Update System (OPUS)
  • Online Work/Leave System (OWLS)
  • Employee Self-Service (ESS)
  • UW Timesheet
  • Time Reporting (ETR/PTR)
  • Early Email Access
  • Data Administration Payroll Personnel (DAPP)

UW faculty, UW staff, UW academic units, UW administrative units

Price: 

No charge

Service Level Description: 
Applications are monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for disruptions. On-call staff are available for outage resolution.
