Administrative Applications for Student Administration

Service Description: 
UW-IT Information Management works in partnership with the Office of the University Registrar, Student Financial Aid, Student Fiscal Services, UW Educational Outreach, the Graduate School, Undergraduate Education, UW Bothell, UW Tacoma, and other student services offices to maintain the enterprise administrative applications that support the UW's student administration business processes.

Service Level Description: 
Applications are monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for disruptions. On-call staff are available for outage resolution.
