Service Description:
The Decision Support service provides secure access to the UW Enterprise Data Warehouse and business intelligence tools to enable reporting and analysis to support decision making.
The UW Enterprise Data Warehouse is the central repository of UW electronic institutional data.
Business intelligence tools include Microsoft Reporting Services and Microsoft Analysis Services.

UW staff, UW academic units, UW administrative units
How to Order:
Availability:
100% uptime Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Depending on load schedules, data are typically available 20 hours per day on weekdays

Service Level Description:
Servers are monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Data loads are monitored daily and resolution of issues are managed during business hours.
