Service Description: 
The Decision Support service provides secure access to the UW Enterprise Data Warehouse and business intelligence tools to enable reporting and analysis to support decision making.
The UW Enterprise Data Warehouse is the central repository of UW electronic institutional data. 
Business intelligence tools include Microsoft Reporting Services and Microsoft Analysis Services.

Hours available: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Service Level Description: 

Servers are monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Data loads are monitored daily and resolution of issues are managed during business hours.

Some support inquiries will require referral from the UW Information Technology Service Center to staff who are available only during UW business hours (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday).
