Service Description:
Web services allow for easy programmatic access to UW institutional data and automated processes. Most Web services have standard and consistent programmatic interfaces so working with one Web service is the same as working with another. Web services are available for many data domains such as student, financial, groups, HR/Payroll, person directory, etc.
The UW Web Services Registry provides a list of Web services that developers can use, a place to advertise and communicate Web services, and a place to request new services.

Available services and documentation on how to obtain the services are listed in the Web Services Registry at: http://webservices.washington.edu
Availability:
Most services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. See individual supporting Web service documentation to receive specific details on availability.
