Oracle Calendar

Service Description: 

UW Information Technology provides Oracle Calendar as a stand-alone, fee-based service to UW schools, colleges, and departments. Oracle Calendar provides group calendaring, including the ability to schedule meetings with other UW users. Oracle is available on your desktop and via the Web, and communicates with many hand-held devices.

NOTE: Oracle Calendar is being phased out and replaced by UW Exchange, so new implementations are not available. This service is only open to new users in the schools, colleges, or departments that are already using Oracle Calendar.

Availability: 

Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with the exception of scheduled maintenance on the first Thursday of the month from 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Price: 

Rates effective July 1, 2010 for FY2011.

Price per user:

  • $45 one-time license fee
  • $3 per month maintenance fee

Service Level Description: 

UW Information Technology creates accounts and provides server maintenance only. All other user-specific questions about using the product is the responsibility of the IT staff of the licensed department.
