Digital Audio Workstation
The Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) is a studio with high-end digital audio recording and production tools. The DAW's professional, industry-standard hardware and software can take any project, no matter the scale, all the way from tracking and editing through mastering and duplication.
Projects from every discipline have been built in the studio. From rock and pop music production and scientific spectral analysis to radio advertisements and audio/visual post-production work, the tools are available to get the job done. The studio was designed for maximum flexibility and is capable of addressing the needs of the most complex of projects.
The Digital Audio Workstation is located at UW Seattle, in the Odegaard Undergraduate Library, room 216.
