Service Description:
Consulting, design, and project management services pertaining to audio/visual, videoconferencing, production, post-production, and broadcast systems include:
- General consulting and design
- Creating specifications for RFP’s
- Proposal/vendor evaluation
- Vendor oversight
- System testing/commissioning
- End-user training
These services are available for both new systems and for existing systems that need repairs or upgrades.

Price:
$125 per hour, per consultant, engineer, or project manager
Service Level Description:
The goal of our service is to produce audio/visual systems that fully meet the customer’s needs while also remaining within their budgetary constraints. This goal informs our design and review processes, and drives how we coordinate and direct the work of the other parties involved. We provide a complete consulting and project management solution focused on maximizing system usability.Our customers can expect to receive a response to a service request within three (3) business days.
