Walk-In Workshops
Computing workshops scheduled by instructors are offered quarterly at no charge.
Workshops are offered in these five categories:

Walk-in workshops are designed and taught by our student instructors and are offered in a fun, casual atmosphere. To attend, you will need a current student, staff or faculty UW NetID. Registration is optional. However, if a workshop fills, seating preference will be given to registered participants.

Custom Workshops
Custom workshops are available upon request. Custom workshops for Canvas, Tegrity and Catalyst are offered free of charge. Other custom workshops are free only to courses in the UW Time Schedule and to student groups.
Interested faculty and staff groups may arrange a custom workshop for a fee.

Online Curriculum
Many of the walk-in workshops have online curriculum anyone can use and review at any time. Please go to our workshops page and select the workshop category from the "Online curriculum" section on the right of the page. This list includes curriculum for workshops that are not currently offered.
