No charge for use of the Catalyst Web Tools by UW faculty, staff, and students

Temporary interruption of service on 4/21
Thank you for your comments. I see that our support staff also replied to your email request privately. Catalyst tools experienced a temporary, unplanned outage of the proxy servers Saturday 4/21/2012 from approximately midnight until approximately 9:00 a.m. when operations restored service. We continue to investigate the incident to identify a root cause, and are adding additional monitoring to alert operations staff to any future outage in a more timely manner. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
Notify when catalyst is down?
Is there a page to find the current uptime status of Catalyst tools? Haven't been able to log in since yesterday, but I can't find an outage notice anywhere.

gradebook is unreliable,
very frustrating to be using a service that is not fully supported. you claim it's available 24/7 but there is no one to call when it hangs.
