Research

I am currently engaged in ethnographic research on the social dimensions of salmon habitat restoration in the Skagit Valley of Western Washington. Plans are to conduct comparative work in the Fraser River delta of British Columbia. My broader interests include the social construction of environmental science and its role in society, participatory research, and multidisciplinary, international and artistic collaboration in environmental research and education.
