Research summary
Looking at reforestation in/around a Tibetan Village in Jiuzhaigou National Nature Reserve's buffer zone. Hope to look at the changes in land use (agriculture lands, pasture land) that accompany a reforestation project, making use of GIS mapping, satilite images and on-site research.
Highlights
Chinese class, meeting new friends from around the world, the madness of Christmas in Chengdu, and, of course, the good ol' Mingshi baolinqiu guan.
