Research
Evolution and conservation of aquatic species, with a recent emphasis on Pacific salmon and shellfish. Use of advanced molecular techniques to identify genetic diversity underlying fitness traits, measure changes in genetic diversity over large time scales, and identify population structure in threatened species.
