Links to information about the UWXAFS 3.0 package
Thank you for your interest in our XAFS analysis program package,
UWXAFS3.0. UWXAFS3.0 is a set of XAFS data analysis programs for
determining first and more distant coordination shell parameters. The
determination of more distant atom distibutions consider full multiple
scattering contributions. The UWXAFS3.0 package analyzes the data by
removing a background using a new, improved, automated algorithm and
then fits the data either to FEFF calculations in R-space.
When only one type of atom is in a given shell, the data can also be
analyzed by the log-ratio method. The programs in the UWXAFS3.0
package contain integrated error analysis algorthms. Various data
file handling routines are distributed with the package.
FEFF, a program for the calculation of theoretical XAFS
standards, is licensed separately from UWXAFS3.0. For information on
