Crux Software
Crux contains software for tandem mass spectrometry analysis, with a focus on peptide identification. Development of Crux was funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institutes of Health. Crux was developed by researchers in the laboratory of Dr. William S. Noble, and incorporates methods developed at the University of Washington originally by Dr. John Yates and Dr. Jimmy Eng. For additional information please see
