Designing an Animation Tool / Program for the Blind

The exercise will require students to explore ideas and to develop different products that could allow blind people to create animation for the sighted. In other words, students will need to create animation programs/systems for the visually impaired people. A formal presentation will be assigned to students to "advertise" their ideas and products.
